Friendly VIP Service - Best Beach

To start, I have been touring resorts for over 10 years and have been to many locations around the world, primarily hotels and resorts that are on the waterfront. If you are a beach and water lover like me, you will love what this place has to offer. Clean, light color sand, and extra long beach. Lifeguards were on duty at all times, they increase as the beach got busier. Shallow water about 30 ft, then gradually get deeper. Oh, and the view from your suite is second to none! I highly recommend this hotel for many other reasons, The staff were very helpful, they are very friendly and courteous. The place in general is very clean, after all, it is only two months old!! The food is amazing. We had turkey roast at the buffet for dinner. Also, I highly recommend their grilled seafood plates. If you get the chance to visit this place, ask for The Manager Ahmed Galal, and your stay will be that much more. I thank him for all his help, and he was available to help us from the moment that we checked in Also, I want to thank Zigzag for the amazing hookah, Ismael for the delicious coffee beverages, Omar and Mustafa for showing us around and for the great conversations, they spoke Italian, English, Dutch, Russia, and Arabic of course. Housekeeping sraff were very welcoming and kept our room very clean and fresh.

As for the things that I didn't like...generally its tought to highlight after have a great time as I did, but for the sake of being honest in my recommendation, I'll mention few things that I would have liked to see better, keeping in mind that I have been touring resorts for over 10 years and that this place is only two months old! We had an issue with the AC, but that was fixed right away. I would have liked to see brushed sand near the beach. Would have enjoyed more shows at night. There was one the night we were there, a bellydancer show, dont miss that! Would have liked to see morning/afternoon activities, considering we are 2 days away from the end of the season, activities start to wind down. If you plan to visit, keep in mind the season starts in May to end of September, I will definitely come back during the season next year and visit Cleopatra at least for two more days, leaving some time for other locations as I continue to build on my Africa beach tour experiences. I hope that you find my review useful to help you select your next destination.

Everything in this resort is exceptional Starting from the checkin in experience with the reception that was very quick, the staff were very helpful and supportive, the room is wide, clean and comfy, the view from the room terrace is breathtaking, the food is tasty with wide varieties, the beach is white sandy beach with turquoise water, life guards always alerted to keep people safe, Plenty of pools, clean and amazing, across hundreds of hotels and resorts I visited worldwide, this one is one of my best, good job to everyone working in this hotel

It was amazingly vacation which we spent! I had a great welcoming from the reception team by Mr. Ahmed who was very friendly and always taking care about all the details which made our stay! Nice and great atmosphere.

I liked the beach lifeguards and the overall beach atmosphere . I had a great stay at this hotel! The overall experience was very nice, with a few minor issues that were quickly and professionally resolved by the management. Mr. Amir in particular went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay, and I would definitely repeat my visit again.

Can't wait to come back when it's all finished

Brand new, clean, amazing location. So many pools to choose from and great beach facilities. The pool infront of the beach is the best pool we've ever been in. At the time of our stay there seemed to be a lot of construction works however, it didnt impede on our stay. We were a bit apprehensive according to a now deleted review about the resort being under construction. But we were really impressed by how smooth and comfortable the stay was regardless of the unfinished buildings. It wasn't noisy, it was peaceful. All in all a great stay and memorable experience, we will definitely come back to see it once its finally finished. The food at the buffet was very good and the staff were amazing and friendly

We didn't find out the resort was in a soft opening until after we booked. We were told the day before we arrived. So the spa and fitness centre were not available, the poolside bar wasn't available. Some kf the walkways were unfinished it was really pram-friendly/accesible. There are no lifts to the higher floors where our room was. This isn't hotels fault but the beach was closed a few times because it was high tide and there are boulders. So probably try and avoid booking during high tide. No high chairs in the restaurant for kids.

One of the best resorts I've ever visited, we enjoyed over vacation so much, everything was perfect, the staff, the food, the rooms, the view, the cleanness, the comfort, the pools, and the beach. What stoodout there were actually the staff and the food, the staff were very friendly, and welcoming, starting from the manger of the resort, to the receptionists, to the restaurant staff to the housekeeping staff, to the beach and pool staff, everyone was welcoming and happy to help with a smile on their face. Speaking of the staff, I'd like to present special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Galal, the manger of the reception and guest relationships, he was extremely nice, gentle, caring, and cooperative. In all the hotels I visited worldwide I've never met any reception/guest relationships manger better in his job than him. out of all the merits I experienced in this hotel, the gentle dealing of Mr. Ahmed Galal will be a main point encouraging me to repeat the visit. his efforts made this hotel the favourite every-vacation hotel for me and my family. He is an actual gem. Concerning the food, it was exceptional, very good quality, nicely cooked and presented, suitable variations, and plenty amount. I liked specially the seafood, it was amazing, what I didn't like was the oriental sweets, they were of lower grade, also most of the bakeries. It is worth mentioning that the staff there were very nice, smiling, and happy to serve, special thanks to Gamal. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent view. The housekeeper Mohamed was very polite, respectful, and perfect at his job. thanks to him. The pools were clean, beautiful, and nicely designed. The lifeguards at the pool and the beach were alert. The landscape of the resort is perfect, with great care of the green areas and the lights distribution. The spa, GYM, and the Jacuzzi were very good, and the staff there were gentle and cooperative.

Nothing related to the hotel, but in part of the beach there were some rocks, and unfortunately at the time I stayed there there were high waves, but Its I was told, this isn't always the case, nevertheless, the sandy beach was beautiful, and weather was great.

Lovely relaxing holiday on one of the most amazing beaches I have ever been to

Everything. the beach, the pools, the venue is spacious, people are very nice everywhere, breakfast was very good with so much varieties and they offer Egyptian options that are of high quality, Egyptian items on the menu are a must try. I di dnot try lunch or dinner, but the resort is also very close to fine dining world class options in almaza Bay but you must have a car to go there and book first. The reception service was excellent as well, Mr. Ahmed Galal from day 1 did an amazing job and they also decorated the room for us as it was our anniversary trip.

This property is located in a very nice location and close to Cairo, swimming pools are grand and staff whether at the beach or at the pools or elsewhere were phenomenal.

Nothing everyone was helpful and fantastic. The reception team led by Mr. Ahmed Galal, was great and special thanks to Ahmed who spared no efforts to make our stay memorable.

Wonderful

The place is absolutely mint. The layout, view, and staff are not a bit short of perfect. It is very noticeable the very first night. I love jumping between resorts on Egypt's north coast. But for this instance, I changed my mind to stay two more nights here. I will add more to what I liked about this place in the next couple of days

I usually like to have more people around. But considering that it's near the end of the season, the place is not as busy as I would've liked. But that's on me as I my had no time to come earlier. That being said, I'm enjoying the quiet and serene ambiance this place is offering.
