حسن الاستقبال و الاهتمام براحتنا و توفر الخدمات طول فترة الرحلة و اشكر كل طاقم العمل و اخص الاستاذ أحمد جلال على ذوقه و حسن معاملته و توفره الدائم ... احب اشكر الشيف المسؤل عن المطقم الرئيسي الاكل يجنن و اول مره اشوف الكوالتي و النظافه و التنوع ده في فندق في مصر البحر و البسين تحفه بس للاسف البحر بسبب المد كان مقفول و لكن الفيو تحفه و هدوء المكان جميل للاسترخاء

ينقصه بعض اكتفتي الشاطىء و الانميشن بليل و الواي فاي مش قوي فى الغرف

المكان كبير جدا وجميل جدا والبحر نظيف وحلو والمكان استجمام وهدوء وهواء نظيف ونفس الصور الغرف جميله

استغلال الضيف والتلاعب بالاسعار للنصب على الضيوف وكل شويه يتغير السعر انتبهو بعد المكان عن اماكن الخدمه ومافي سوبر ماركت ابدا تضظر تاكل وتشرب منهم حتى المويا بفلوس وارتفاع سعر الغرفه المبالغ فيه

ارشح الأوتيل جدا خاصة للأسر مع الأطفال ، الشاطئ من افضل شواطئ الساحل الشمالي ، و احب اشكر أستاذ احمد جلال علي ترحيبه و سعة صدره . الأكل كمان سواء كان فطار او غدا و عشاء علي اعلي مستوي ، hygiene in general is top notch and can’t fault it All around fantastic hotel and beach, great night entertainment as well. A special thank you to Mr Ahmed Galal who was always available to guide and recommend and also provide any info needed.

«Отличный семейный отель»

Идеальный отель для отдыха с детьми, много бассейнов, в том числе и для маленьких детей. Чистая территория, приветливый персонал. Отель только после ремонта. Из всех номеров открывается вид на море. Номера просторные. Есть неплохой спортзал, сауна.

Очень дорогие услуги. Стоимость массажа, отбивает желание повторного посещения. Два массажа стоили 150 евро. Ресторан, вообще не понятно за что заплатили 100 евро. Так что если брать размещение, то только полупансион, иначе потратите на много больше. Не хватает развлекательных мероприятий

Lovely relaxing holiday on one of the most amazing beaches I have ever been to

Everything. the beach, the pools, the venue is spacious, people are very nice everywhere, breakfast was very good with so much varieties and they offer Egyptian options that are of high quality, Egyptian items on the menu are a must try. I di dnot try lunch or dinner, but the resort is also very close to fine dining world class options in almaza Bay but you must have a car to go there and book first. The reception service was excellent as well, Mr. Ahmed Galal from day 1 did an amazing job and they also decorated the room for us as it was our anniversary trip.

The place is beautiful with fantastic service from the whole staff. Beach front was perfect and a good selection of pools. Food was excellent too

There's still some teething issues like the WiFi and tvs not working. And the location us still developing so nothing much to do close by on foot.

This property is located in a very nice location and close to Cairo, swimming pools are grand and staff whether at the beach or at the pools or elsewhere were phenomenal.

Nothing everyone was helpful and fantastic. The reception team led by Mr. Ahmed Galal, was great and special thanks to Ahmed who spared no efforts to make our stay memorable.
